采用冷藏庫冷藏保鮮茶葉,庫溫以5±2℃為適宜。茶葉入庫前,應先裝入0.05~0.06mm厚的聚丙烯或聚乙烯袋內,綁好袋口再外套布袋,以防茶葉在冷藏庫內吸濕還潮。從庫內取茶葉時,應先將茶袋搬出庫房,待袋內茶葉逐步升溫至接近室溫時才可打開袋口。如果出庫后隨即打開茶袋,空氣中的水蒸氣遇溫度較低的茶葉,會液化成小水珠而使茶葉受潮。一般50kg/袋的茶葉在夏天出庫時,需在室內存放10h左右后,再打開茶袋。冷藏茶出庫后可使用加溫的措施進行提香。具體方法因干茶外形不同而有所區別,主要有以下3種。
