1.隔熱層的隔熱性能要好。隔熱層的隔熱性能越好，耗冷量越小，所引起的庫溫波動也就越小，從而有利于貯藏物的質(zhì)量保持，延長貯藏時間，減少貯藏物的干縮損耗，同時可以節(jié)省制冷設(shè)備的投資和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)費(fèi)用。注意隔熱層外側(cè)的防潮。冷庫圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)兩側(cè)的溫度不一致，易形成水蒸氣分壓差，伴隨熱量的傳遞，庫外的水蒸氣就會向庫內(nèi)滲透，故應(yīng)設(shè)置防潮隔氣層。常見的防潮方法有3種：瀝青防潮、塑料薄膜防潮及使用金屬夾心板兼作防潮層。
